We use state-of-the-art billing software to e-mail professional invoices/booking slips.  We accept payments online, through our website via PayPal. You expect professionalism from your accountant, lawyer, physician, and other service providers.  Why shouldn't you expect it from the people caring for your precious pet(s)?
